The Boko Haram fighters stepped a local market in a village near the northeast Nigerian city of Maiduguri, killing atleast four, security sources said. Scores of Boko Haram gunmen attacked Kayamla village, 20 kilometres from Maiduguri, capital of restive Borno state, and shot on a weekly market yesterday, killing four traders, a senior security official in Maiduguri reported.

They looted food stores and stole livestock from the market before fleeing into the bush, said the security official, who asked not to be named. The official told "It was obvious they were looking for food to replenish their supplies because they didn't target residents as they normally would."

Revenge porn site owner sentenced to 18 years

A man in San Diego who operated "revenge porn" site that charged hundreds of dollars to remove anonymously posted nude photos has been sentenced to 18 years in prison, the attorney general’s office said.

Kevin Bollaert, 28, was convicted in February of running a website that hosted more than 10,000 sexually explicit images of women posted without their knowledge or consent. The Web developer posted the pictures and then charged women from $300 to $350 to have the pictures removed.
